Monroe, WASHINGTON – April 7, 2021 – Fans of Evergreen Speedway have a fantastic chance to show their support for the track this month with the launch of the Advance My Track Challenge. Thanks to leading automotive aftermarket parts supplier and NASCAR sponsor Advance Auto Parts, fans will have a chance to earn their favorite NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series track up to $50,000 in this exciting new competition.
Here’s how it works:
· Now through Tuesday, April 27 fans can vote for their favorite track that has entered the “Advance My Track Challenge” on AdvanceMyTrack.com.
· Fans can vote up to three times daily, and upon voting, will be entered to win NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series prizes and gear.
· The six tracks that receive the most votes after April 27 will be part of a two-day final round of voting, scheduled to begin on Sunday, May 9.
Jason McDonell, Advance Auto Parts Chief Marketing Officer explained the rationale behind the competition at the launch, “When we announced our Weekly Series partnership last June, our primary objective was to advance local communities where we live and serve. Through the ‘Advance My Track Challenge,’ we invite racing fans to show their support for their favorite NASCAR short track while bringing awareness to the great work each track is doing within their respective communities. Race fans have a tremendous amount of pride and passion around their local track, and we’re excited to see this on full display.”

Beginning life in 1954 as an oval dirt course, Evergreen Speedway has gone from strength-to-strength over the years to cement its position as one of the Northwest’s most enduring motorsports venues. Dubbed “The Super Speedway of the West” by David ‘Silver Fox’ Pearson, the driver who won the 1960 NASCAR Rookie of the Year award and three Cup Series Championships (1966, 1968, and 1969), Evergreen is now entering its 67th year of operation. The famous ⅜ and ⅝ ovals has been hosting the NASCAR Grand National and West Touring events for more than 50 years and now hosts no fewer than 90 races per year over a 30-week seasonal program. Operated by Highroad Promotions for the last 11 years, Evergreen is never somewhere to stand still, and 2021 will see a new improvements and venue upgrades to be unveiled.
As Washington State’s only NASCAR Track, Evergreen has a huge fanbase throughout the Pacific Northwest, something surely extended by the success of the Home Track Heroes TV Series which launched amidst the pandemic last year and became an immediate hit on the television screen across homes in the region.
